Is my Insurance Accepted?

Before your initial visit, kindly reach out to us to confirm if we are affiliated with your particular health plan and to determine your coverage for physical therapy services based on your individual policy.

What should I bring for my first visit?

We ask that you bring your identification, insurance card, and doctor referral when you come. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
